Sale of housing

Selling during the construction phase is easy!

What needs to be done:

  1. Find a buyer.
  2. Contact the developer.
  3. Pay a symbolic 100,000 baht for the contract transfer.

The transfer takes up to 1 to 1.5 months. Your passport and the new owner's passport are required.
After making the first contractual payment, you have the right to resell the property on your own terms. The difference between your contractual payments and the final sale price becomes your personal profit.

✅ Until registration with the land department, we do not pay any sales taxes.

Details regarding calculations depend on the project and the developer.
