What is included in the  purchase of real estate?

Included in the purchase: real estate property and a choice of furniture package.
Included in the purchase: real estate property, either a villa or an apartment. In Thailand, the developer provides the property in a finished state. The property comes with: installed engineering networks, a built-in kitchen, floors, tiles, and completed bathrooms.

The furniture package includes: sofas, tables, beds, linens, decor, glasses, chairs, curtains, and chandeliers.

Typically, during the launch of a new project, the furniture package is offered as a gift. Let's estimate in monetary terms:

  • For apartments, the furniture package can go up to 700,000 baht.
  • For villas, it can be up to 2.5 million baht.

The most advantageous time to buy is during the PreSale stage when the developer has just announced the project. The lowest prices and gifts are announced during this phase: a free furniture package, favorable installment plans, additional discounts, and promotions.

Once 30-50-70% of sales are achieved during PreSale, the furniture package may be removed from the list of gifts
For example, currently, we are purchasing a property in Ozon Apartments for 5.2 million baht, and a furniture package is included as a gift. After reaching 70% of sales, the cost of the property in the complex, including the furniture, will be from 5.69 million baht, depending on the floor.
〽️ Construction takes 1-2 years, during which the property appreciates by 30-70%. Afterward, you can either sell the property or rent it out, depending on the purpose of the purchase.
